These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 422bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 422bet website located at https://422bet.club and all associated services, products, software, and content offered through the platform.

4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 422bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 422bet support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. Failure to report unauthorised access promptly may affect your ability to recover any funds lost as a result.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated. If you permit another person to use your account, you remain fully responsible for their actions and for any consequences arising from such use.
4.4 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to 422bet is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 422bet accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 422bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 422bet reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page of the platform.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a Player's account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within 5 minutes. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 422bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from another person's payment account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.5 Deposit Fees. 422bet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to be aware of any fees charged by your chosen payment method.
6.1 Verification Requirement. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity and payment verification ("KYC"). This typically involves providing a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of your payment method. 422bet reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred within 30 minutes via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days via bank transfer. 422bet is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers after funds have been dispatched.
6.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 422bet reserves the right to request additional verification where a withdrawal is requested via a different method than the original deposit.
6.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until those wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by 422bet are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each offer will be published alongside the promotion at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the offer before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements. Where a Player's account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be used first for wagering unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 422bet operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. 422bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 422bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed under the terms of a promotion that has subsequently been modified will be settled under the terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by 422bet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference on the platform. 422bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport or market, as published on the 422bet platform. In the event of ambiguity, the decision of 422bet shall be final.
8.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or bet settlement (for example, where odds have been published as a result of a system error), 422bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players' accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet was settled as a win or a loss.
8.4 Abandoned Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the relevant time threshold specified in the betting rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. 8.5 Maximum Winnings. 422bet applies maximum winnings limits to certain sports markets and casino games. Current maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. 422bet reserves the right to withhold winnings in excess of published maximum limits.
9.1 Game Operation. Casino games offered on the 422bet platform are operated by third-party Game Providers. 422bet acts as a distributor and is not responsible for the internal mechanics, RTP (return-to-player) rates, or software of individual games. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) and are independently audited for fairness.
9.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or interrupted connection during a live game session, the outcome of that session may be void. 422bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and restore any funds affected. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

422bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, to void all associated bets and balances, and to report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 422bet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
11.3 Restrictions. You may not use the 422bet brand name, logo, or any other proprietary material without the prior written consent of 422bet. Any unauthorised use of 422bet intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.
12.1 Platform Availability. 422bet aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. However, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 422bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 422bet platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
